Perspective of the house type D

As an alternative for the Villa Raffaela, now I have designed a smaller house. Instead of the top House (A) 2 smaller houses (type D) can be built.
Entering the House the view opens through the living room into the garden. Three steps lead down to the open living room with kitchen and bathroom. 3 large French Windows open to the terrace with Pergola. The stairs to the top lead to the bridge connecting the 2 bedrooms in the attic. The bridge is located in distance to the large window. Thus it is possible a look down and through the window into the garden. The houses are situated on a plot size of approximately 300 m². Each has its own entrance from the street and is fenced off against the other sites.

Als Alternative für die Villa Raffaela habe ich nun kleinere Häuser entworfen. Es können 2 kleinere Häuser (Typ D) anstelle von dem obersten Haus (A) gebaut werden.
Beim Betreten des Hauses eröffnet sich der Blick durch den Wohnraum in den Garten. Drei Stufen führen hinab zum offenen Wohnraum mit Küche und Bad. 3 große Fenstertüren öffnen sich zur Terrasse mit Pergola. Die Treppe zur Galerie führt zur Verbindungsbrücke der 2 Schlafzimmer. Die Brücke liegt mit Abstand vor dem großen Fenster. Dadurch ist ein Blick nach unten und durchs Fenter in den Garten möglich. Zum Haus gehört ein Grundstücksanteil von ca. 300m². Es verfügt über eine eigene Einfahrt von der Straße und ist abgegrenzt gegen die anderen Grundstücke.
